Perfect Instance

I created this solo on myself with the intention of exploring transformation, adaptation, and the emotional weight of moving through life’s constant chaos without fully processing what you feel. It reflects the inner conflict between wanting to stay open and present while battling insecurity, self-sabotage, numbness, and the fear of being hurt or disappointed. Through moments of overwhelm, pain, stillness, relief, and release, the work captures the journey from feeling lost, powerless, and alone toward emotional awareness and new beginnings.
